Located in Kefalonia, the Kefalonia Light Villa is in a rural area and by the sea. Castle of Agios Georgios and Saint Theodoron Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Ai Helis Beach and Avithos Beach. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and ecotours nearby.

The area has a wealth of historical monuments to visit including the vaulted Mycenaean tombs at Mazarakata and the impressive Saint Georges Castle that used to be the capital of the island. Others include, the picturesque and peaceful monasteries of Agios Andreas in Peratata and also the Monastery of Sission which is said to have been founded by Saint Francis of Asizis. The green villages of Livathos were built by people of the sea which was the main occupation of the inhabitants. The island of Zeus is located only half a mile from the shore. One hundred steps lead to a church built on the ruins of the temple of Zeus. The church of Panagia Diotissa.

The Villa Kefalonia Light is surrounded by olive, fig and citrus fruit trees, also lavender, rosemary and other low bushes and flowers. A 25 m2 tiled swimming pool, a 35 m2 covered pergola, an outdoor dining table for 6 persons, outdoor coffee table, sun beds, outdoor shower and a BBQ.

The spacious bedroom with a panoramic view of the terrace,pool and gardens. King size bed, wooden ceiling, bedside tables and a secretaries. Large bathroom with shower. A fully equipped kitchen with an espresso coffee maker, a coffee press, kettle, toaster, oven with hob, microwave and all kitchen accessories. A washing machine, iron and ironing board. Connected living room with a large sofa bed and a 55 inch TV with a lovely view to the pool and gardens.

The property is designed to be fully accessible. The grounds are flat and there are no steps either on the access road or the paths to the villas. Parking spaces are wider to accommodate wheelchair users. All outside pathways are at list 1.5 m wide .There are portable ramps for outside doors that have small steps.
