Located near the Isthmus of Corinth, the site features key landmarks such as the 6th-century BC **Temple of Apollo** with its imposing Doric columns, the expansive **Agora** where trade and civic life flourished, and the **Bema**, where the Apostle Paul once preached. The **Roman Odeon** and **Theater** highlight Corinth's cultural life during Roman times, while the **Fountain of Peirene** offers insight into its ancient water systems. The ruins of bathhouses, temples, and the **Lechaion Road** reveal Corinth’s status as a major hub of commerce and religious activity, making the site a fascinating testament to its ancient prominence.

The Archaeological Site of Corinth has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate visitors of all abilities, making it easier for everyone to explore its historical significance. Smooth paths and ramps are provided throughout the site, particularly around key attractions like the Temple of Apollo, the Agora, and the Roman Odeon, ensuring that individuals with mobility challenges, including wheelchair users, can navigate the area more comfortably. 

Additionally, accessible parking is conveniently located near the entrance, and adapted restrooms with grab bars and accessible facilities are available for those needing them. Shaded seating areas are placed throughout the site, offering regular spots to rest for visitors who need breaks during their exploration.

Online booking even with one hour diffference to avoid lines at the entrance. Also on site booking is possible.

  • Designated accessible parking spots are located near the entrance to minimize the distance visitors with mobility challenges need to travel to reach the site.

Nearby the site you can find additional services like small coffee shops, kiosks as well as vending machines. 


The site and the adjacent museum offer gift shops where visitors can purchase books, souvenirs, and educational materials related to the history of Corinth. These shops are generally wheelchair accessible.
